To disinfect hard, nonporous surfaces: Spray and leave visibly wet for 10 min. Food-contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water.

To spot sanitize soft surfaces**: Spray until surface is wet. Leave visibly wet for 5 min. Let air dry.
